SHIPPING AND returnS POLICY

Dispatch and Shipment within Canada:
Express:

  • Shipping is free for orders over C$ 500.00.
  • For orders less than C$ 500.00 you will be charged a flat fee of C$ 20.00.
  • We endeavor to use express delivery wherever practical, but it may not be possible to certain locations.
  • Express delivery can be expected within 2-3 business days. Some locations may take an additional 1-2 business days. There may be additional delays, especially during sale and holiday periods.
  • We endeavor to process all orders within 1 business day, and we ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure that someone will be available to sign between 9am and 8pm on the day of your expected delivery.

  • Shipping is free for orders shipped to the Continental US over USD $500.00.
  • We endeavor to use express delivery wherever practical, but it may not be possible in certain locations.
     
 For orders less than USD $500.00 you will be charged the following:
  • Orders shipped to the Continental US and Mexico: USD $25.00.
  • Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii: USD $30.00.
  • Orders shipped to the Caribbean: USD $35.00.
  • Orders to Central and South America: USD $40.00.

  • Express delivery can be expected within 2-4 business days. Some locations may take an additional 1-2 business days. There may be additional delays, especially during sale and holiday periods. If we cannot use express delivery, transit times will likely be longer.

1. RETURN POLICY

For online purchases, returns other than for faulty goods must be made within 15 days from the date of delivery for a refund or credit note. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received to ensure adequate time to return items if necessary.

All credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, except in certain locations where credit notes are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

Unless the return is required by law, items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered, or washed. Items must not have been used in photography shoots, social media posts, online, commercially, or for personal gain. All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned. Every clothing item has a tag and personal hygiene sticker for swimwear attached. Once this tag and hygiene sticker has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. For all swimwear and lingerie, clients must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygiene strip is removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.

If you wish to exchange for another item or size, you can do this by returning it to the original store/hotel of purchase for a store credit or refund and purchase the new item separately.

Returns are only accepted with proof of purchase.

All purchases on cosmetics, underwear, earrings, tights, hair clips, hair chignons, and hair pins are final sale. We will not accept returns on these items for hygiene reasons.


2. GIFT CARD(S)

Gift Cards may not be returned and will be honoured for at least 5 years from the date of issue in most states, except in certain locations where Gift Cards will be honoured for 9 years from the date of issue, and in other locations where there is no expiry. Gift Cards are valid for use on the Canada Online Store.
If a client has returned a garment and received a credit note, and then seeks to return the garment which was purchased with that credit note, Bella Redefined may refuse the return.

This policy does not apply to Bella Redefined in-store purchases. For all third-party stockists, your return must be processed through their system only. Bella Redefined will not be responsible for any returns or credit notes where the original proof of purchase was not Bella Redefined online website.

Should you wish to return an item, Bella Redefined does not refund international prepaid duties and taxes paid at the time of checkout for Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) orders or duties and taxes paid at the time of customs entry for Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) orders. Contact your local customs office to seek a tax refund.

Where Bella Redefined covers the costs of returns using the prepaid returns label within Canada, return postage costs are not refundable and we do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items approved by Bella Redefined. All international returns should be shipped back to Bella Redefined as goods returned to sender to ensure no duties and taxes are incurred for the return.
We do not currently support international returns for Collect In-Store orders.
