If your tracking status hasn’t changed or if it's been longer than the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to assist you in locating your order.


SIZE & FIT


We currently don't have a size chart, but please note that our fashion follows European sizing, which typically runs a bit smaller than U.S. sizes. If you're unsure about your size or need further guidance, feel free to reach out to our customer service team, and we'll be happy to assist!


SHIPPING

We offer standard, expedited, and express shipping. You can select your preferred option at checkout.




Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days. Express shipping will arrive within 1-2 business days.




Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and rates vary depending on the destination. International customers need to contact Client Services for additional documentation to avoid duties and taxes on returns.




Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and your location.




Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.




We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. Please check our current promotions for details. Bella Redefined offers free returns within Canada, but not for international orders unless specified otherwise.




If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.




RETURNS / EXCHANGE / REFUND


To exchange your order for a different size, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the new size you'd like. We’ll guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning the original item. Once we receive it, we’ll ship out the new size. Please note that exchange availability is subject to stock, and any price differences will be communicated.




We accept returns within 15 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached, including hygiene stickers for swimwear. Returns will be issued via credit notes, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.





To initiate a return, please visit our returns page to submit an online return request and follow the instructions provided. You’ll need your order number and email address.





For hygiene reasons, certain items like swimwear and candles cannot be returned if they have been opened or worn. Items include cosmetics, underwear, earrings, tights, hair clips, hair chignons, and hair pins, as well as gift cards are non-returnable. Please refer to our full return policy for details.





Once we receive your returned items, please allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed.





Exchanges should be handled by returning the item to the original store/hotel of purchase for a store credit or refund, then purchasing the new item separately.
Exchanges for items purchased on the Bella Redefined website





Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
Bella Redefined covers the costs of returns within Canada using the prepaid returns label, but international customers are responsible for their return postage costs, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable.




Sale items are eligible for return unless they are marked as final sale, in which case they are non-returnable. Please refer to “Are there any items that are non-returnable/” for more information on non-returnable items.



Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, excluding original shipping costs unless the item was faulty.





All orders are final. We cannot guarantee a change to your order once it has been dispatched.





Yes, you can request a refund! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide instructions on how to return your item(s). Once we receive the return in its original condition, we’ll process your refund. Please note that shipping fees may not be refundable, and certain items may be final sale. For full details, please refer to our Shipping & Return Policy.

Additionally, our production processes focus on minimizing waste and conserving resources. We believe in creating high-quality, long-lasting swimwear that allows you to enjoy fashion responsibly.

All our crystal stones are authentic and real. Our garments feature authentic rose quartz crystals
individually crafted into jewelry pieces and hand sewn into your bathing suit. These crystals work by enhancing your own personal growth and attracting pure love around you.
